I just had a baby 4months ago and finding difficult to get back into the swing of things my cuck is being very understanding but I want to get back at it thing is I had a c section and don't feel as confident as normal anyone else struggle to get back at it after a baby?

Hey OP. Well, clearly I haven’t had a baby and I can’t speak from the experience of supporting someone in your position. But, at the crumbly old age of 48, I can speak from a bit of experience from meeting people.

Every single person I have ever met of every age, body type and appearance has had lumps, bumps, lines, scars, birth marks and uvver fings.

Forget what you see in fab pictures, everyone on here is a professional at taking flattering photos (mine especially!). We all look different and that’s one of the wonderful things about people and this lifestyle.

C Section scars in particular are a great bookmark in life from where you had your ickle baaaaby. If anyone even notices they’ll probably think it’s a nice thing. However, if it really bothers you, you could always wear some lingerie that covers it?

4 months is nothing. Be kind to yourself. Remove any pressure.

I've got a mum tum,stretch marks and wobbly bits a plenty, while I'm not a fan of how I look, no one I've ever gotten naked with has suddenly changed their minds when they see these things.

Remember you're still you.

I can't speak from your perspective as I've not had a baby but I'm sure you have an understanding and patient cuck who will hopefully allow you to find your way again and get back to how you felt previously x Maybe you won't get there for a while or ever again so do what feels right and good for you xx

Take the pressure off yourself OP. I've not had a c-section (or a baby) but I have heard it takes a while to recover so give yourself time.

From a blokes perspective, you're going to be far more worried about your body than we are. We just love women in all their shapes and sizes. And for me, it's the lumps, bumps and curves that I want.

Take the pressure off, I've had babies and a c section and 4 months is nothing.

You are barely healed. You are probably sleep deprived and you should listen to your body and mind.

Take some time, take care if yourself xx

Hey, maybe you're a machine. More power to you. Your body has changed though, and you're gonna find out how. It's fun, don't be anxious about it - but start from the beginning again 😂 if you have a trusted bull or whatever, start there. If you need someone new, take your time and be picky.

my wife was really self conscious about her body after kids and I love it. She took a while to feel confident like before and she is there now. We meet people and she is normally the first one to get naked x

Now stop listening to yourself and start opening your ears to some of the people around you. I’ve slept with women 2 weeks after being pregnant and believe me I’ve been just as horny as ever. Thing is having a baby doesn’t make you ugly. It does leave scars, but those scars are beautiful. Women become women when they have a child and to give all you can to that child whilst you’re pregnant is incredible, and to then carry that on afterwards too. Don’t be hard on yourself - you’re beautiful and those that you are sexually active with will enjoy it just as much as you do. So get into it and don’t be too hard on yourself.

If you find you are struggling going forward then maybe this could be a sign of some sort of post natal depression. If you have other symptoms too then definitely speak to your GP but don’t be hard on yourself honestly you’re doing amazing x
