"Male bashing is just common in the swinging scene but if all guys disappear from the club scene, everyone would be complaining. This I hope, then some real change would happen " being fair to clubs though they do hold events for just couples and single ladies though so it’s easy enough for couples who don’t want single guys to avoid them also it not really fair that single woman can attend clubs free while single guys pay a premium but that’s another subject x | |||

You wouldn't get away with this in a normal club and outside of the possibility of sex, you get a worse experience for a night out. I find more clubs have moved more to a try-hard night out vibe and less about the swapping and swinging. Pre COVID I found it more on it | |||

"To me it's often used as an easy 'get out of jail free' card for those looking for a reason they're not getting what they want from the site. Nobody affects my life on here and nothing I do impacts anyone else. There's usually far more men complaining about the behaviour of other men than women and couples. Either using it as an 'I'm not like that' reason why they should be considered or in the common 'white knight' style of jumping to the defense of women and couples expressing any woes. People can be dicks. Not men. Not women. Not couples. People. If you're not one of them you've nothing to apologise for, nor should you believe you're being in any way persecuted for the actions of others. 🤷♂️" I agree with this. I've had experience of women and couples here with bad attitudes and/or permanent victim complexes who tend to blame men for everything bad that has every happened to them. Ironically, they don't seem to understand that they themselves are creating the situations by having a shitty attitude in the first place and making ridiculous demands. If, as has happened on a number of occasions, a woman or couple sends me a message out of the blue telling me I need to shave off my beard, book them an hotel, stop being a coward and pretending to be straight and play bi with them or travel 8 hours to take them to a club and I don't respond positively, it's not my fault if they feel affronted or annoyed. Start talking to other human beings as equals and you might find your all round fab experience improves immensely and you won't have to blame someone else for your own failings. | |||

"I think the issue is that some people here think that because they sit behind a keyboard it gives them the power to be abusive and disrespectful, maybe they get a power trip out of it, Where's if everyone here acted the same as the would in a real bar club of any social setting I don't think any group here would give another the ammo to complain." I suggest it’s not power at cause. It’s something more deep rooted. Online sites are an outlet for people (and it tends to be single men particularly) who last any real socialisation. Unable to successfully interact and build bonds in the real world they come online, and soon their frustration finds a scapegoat - other people. Whereas they would get abusive to someone on their local Wetherspoons (for fear of consequences, fear of reputation for being ‘that bloke’) there are no consequences online. So not power, a felt lack of it, of ability to influence their world, is at the core of it. Just my thoughts. | |||

I’d never ask anything from anyone on here and I wouldn’t expect them to bend for me. However, I think it’s human nature to complain about an odd occurrence rather than say when something has been good. There’s an old customer service saying that says “a disgruntled customer will tell 100 people when they feel unfairly treated. A happy customer is likely to tell no one.” I think the same rings true in most of life. | |||

One's that spring to mind are, D found her unattractive and tried to avoid, she however kept turning up, trying to undress him on the dancefloor and later attempting to involve herself in our play.. Another getting abusive after we said no thanks here and a third, insisting we pay for a hotel to meet her (she lives 10 miles away). But as you said, supply and demand.. 😳🙄 | |||
