Don't sleep very often and if I do it's not for long, was OK when younger but its getting harder to manage as I get older it zaps energy.

Then I take medication and go to bed wake up about 8 to 10 hours later..

My mistake of watching a few too many NFL games the first night, then decided to continue on with my day to day, thinking I’ll crash at a decent time in the evening & but because I’m stupidly overtired just found it difficult to fall asleep lol
