Dubai & Nottingham

I’ve never been, but it is on my list for urban/street photography. I use a site called location Scout and has some phenomenal images of spots and crack out so if it was me, I would be looking to hook up with a local guide for a couple of hours and do a photo walk.

Tonypandy.

Go and visit the pharmacy under the eagle museum. Fascinating history into the Jewish ghetto it served, along with first hand accounts from survivors.

Only a tiny place, but amazing. In addition you have Schindler's factory nearby.

Zakopane is far better than Krakow imo, been there 2 or 3 times now. There are plenty of excersion trips out of Zakopane if you don't fancy going on all the local hikes/mountian climbs.

I do however recommend at least visiting Morskie Oko. You can also book a bus trip to walk among the tree tops in the slovakian national park from there etc

Leeds’ish

Zakopane is great. A horse slay ride into the mountains is good or if you ski the zakopane slopes are definitely worth a visit.

Thank you, everyone. We are also looking at the shooting range; it is just unsure if it is better to book beforehand or just turn up and pay.

I found generally it’s a lot cheaper to buy in Krakow rather than before. Just take time to explore the old town there is some amazing architecture there.

Salt mines are mega lots of steps to walk down ,lifr back up, Aushwitz, wrap up warm.

Swindlers, not worth it just a ww2 museum very little about him or factory. Go to the Jewish Quarter and have their stew and dumplings in a bread bowl mmmmmm x have fun it's lovely in Krakow very safe, clean and tidy.

Loved Krakow, would happily go back.

I think Auchwitz to a degree is a must do without sounding morbid. Yes it takes most of the day and can be quite emotionally draining.

The salt mines were fantastic but very steep and very deep so if either of you has any sort of claustrophobia I wouldn't recommend it.

Also went to Katowice for a nose around.

Wouldn't recommend Schindlers, we didn't get in as didn't book but others who went have said it wasn't as good as it promised on the tin.

Krakow castle is a nice walk but very steep, so if it's slippy wear good footwear.

Also I would recommend heading down a side street or two away from the main square or the centre "tourist places" - you'll find the exact same meal at a fraction of the cost.
