On news our courts i repeat our courts not european have refused government chance to appeal against earlier decisions. Only choice now is direct appeal to our supreme court however i cannot see how they will give the go ahead i hope i am wrong.

No doubt we need shut of him but my gripe is the lawyers or government or both are not taking note of what they failed on over the years.

As the leader on this is theresa may and i think she should resign over this.

If he's as dangerous as they say, then put him on trial. Let a jury decide, and that's that.

We're not content to take *any* politicians say-so that "this person is dangerous, but I can't tell you why".

We've even got secret courts now (not that we agree with them) , so there's no excuse.
