Then this year surpassing the great Eddy Merckx to take the all time tour stage record. He is the greatest sprinter the sport of cycling has seen as well as the greatest cyclist the UK has known. He would be elevated to god like status in other countries…. Must have upset the director general at the BBC not to be nominated. | |||
