Having the garden landscaped this week. The turf cutter broke yesterday, a new one being delivered between 9 and 11 this morning. Its still not here, my Sky is being installed today between 8-1, yet its now being done between 1 and 3.

I am going to scream - what a total fuck up of a morning!

I think I'm going to scream - the guy who's working for us still needs paying, we are still paying for the turf cutter... yet its not here - we've nearly been without it for 24 hours. I'm actually going to hit the roof!

It's gone up from £60 per month to £175

Plasterboard can only be delivered between 9am and 3pm on Friday 33rd May

Yes it does feel a little bit like that right now. Sky at least gave me a bit of warning.... the hire company were physically incapable of picking up the phone to tell me that they were running late - abysmal customer service (as I've just told the branch manager!)
