The only way you’ll know what your body needs (and why) is by getting your blood analysed. If you can afford it, look for a private endocrinologist, appreciate this maybe cost prohibiting in the UK; unfortunately GP’s are not experts in this field and (as others have said), the snake oil protagonists will fleece your hard earned cash if you let them. Do not use any TRT products without specific medical advice, they’re life changing, whole life pharmacology with a lot of contra benefit challenges. | |||
