they have taken one of these people to a room where they have 'questioned him'..

very dodgy..

they have given info to the Police on others and 5 people are under investigation..

suspect any clever brief would rip their 'evidence' up for arse hole paper..

That's called entrapment and I doubt it would stand up in court.
