Anyone know if you hide your profile whether folk can contact you as thinking of taking some time out?

If you block all on the mail settings and make your pictures private as well as hide profile then you more or less disappear from sight...I think

I believe you can still be contacted via PM if one calls up your profile.

However, you will not be searchable if you have your profile hidden.

For instance, one of my FAB friends had his/her profile hidden, however, he/she is on my Hotlist, and I can call up his/her profile from there, and send PM via the link on the left of the profile.

Hope this makes sense.

If they are on your friends list and you haven't blocked them they can. If you set your filters so that you don't get new messages from people you haven't met before then you more or less disappear. If you post on the forum and still have an avatar picture up that will still show.
