Met a true hotwife a few months ago. She joined FAB. Met her again tonight. Shes come off site because everytime she arranged or tried to arrange meet. They disappeared.

Since covid is FAB dead. Before covid we had meets but since just go clubs.

There are a lot of time wasters and Wannabees. But let's be fair, the highs, when we hit them right are REALLY worth it. Although we're getting to the point if giving up on the couples thing. We've had several tentatively arranged meets, none of which have actually happened.

We joined post Covid so can't speak of what it was like before but have enjoyed our time here. Had some great meets and gone to great clubs. But like with everything, when it starts to get popular it usually goes to shit with too much idiots on there.

Fab does require alot of admin to get what you want.

I think for many that may be the problem. They view any perceived 'success' on here as involving luck.

As if some random stroke of fate, a chance event or just some occurrence completely out of their own control resulted in a positive outcome.

Enjoying life on Fab doesn't involve luck. Things don't happen just 'because'.

'Lucky' is waking up to find your numbers came up on the lottery. Finding people to engage with on here just takes the right kind of effort, care, patience and a healthy dose of realism and expectation as to what an online contact site can do.

There are a group of guys who do ok on here. They have things in common. There are more guys who don’t do well on here. They have things in common. The commonalities between the groups don’t really overlap. Luck isn’t the factor.

Dead implies there are no active users, which there clearly are. It's just an overly dramatic word people like to use when they aren't getting the experience they want.

It might just be quieter in your area, that's all. Same as here, most profiles haven't been used in months or years. But there are some who visit regularly and I've had the pleasure of chatting with a few of them.

If your view of this place is negative, then perhaps it's time for a break? I buggered off last time, deleted my profile and wasn't sure if I'd be back. This time around, it's been infinitely better and mostly due to a radical change in my attitude towards Fab.

It's never going to be a constant. People have lives, are busy, have various commitments. Some will vanish for months and return. Others might not. Embrace the chaos of it all.

I've been on and off here for about 3 years now.

I put no effort into getting a meet as I find the cock to pussy ratio is way too high and you've got to be something special go get a meet on here as a single guy.

Also, I am extremely fussy. I like slim brunettes of single dress size (so size 8 or less). I don't want to travel any further than 10 miles and I reside right on the South East coast.

So effectively, I have a half circle of land, because the other half is sea, with a radius of 10 miles to find a size 8 or less brunette.

So no Fab doesn't work for me but I don't expect any other dating site would either!

No. Thousands of users are active though OPs needs may be harder to satisfy, without change.

There are many types of people here, so you'll need to work at filtering them. For some, it's a sexual content site and they don't need to make much effort - you are the product they'll consume. The longer Fab exists, the more of these you'll find, new ones turning up and older ones still around or returning.

Buyer beware. We need to refine our judgement and behaviour, so that we can better filter and communicate, to find the right matches for us.

It may be harder for those who want instashag but set your expectations realistically

Doesn’t the site just imitate life? You need time and effort, even though it’s swinging, you still want to find someone or a group that suits you and the likelihoods are that most don’t for one reason or another. There still needs to be attraction and some don’t like bald, some don’t like beards, some don’t like tall or short or skinny or fat or old or young or tight foreskin or meaty flaps or saggy boobs or willies less than 8 inches or any multitude of other factors. Sifting through thousands of profiles for those few that do meet the requirements is hard work and more often than not too much effort. Far easier to go to a club, chat with someone, see if you click and take things from there. It could take many messages over a period of days or weeks to get to the same point.

I joined four years ago. It was fruitful then as it is for me now. There is no perceivable change in my experience...and I don't even attend clubs whatsoever, and have never done so.

The only thing I've noticed on the increase are anecdotes from people telling and asking each other if Fab has changed.

Fab works for me perfectly.

I dont think its really changed too much . I have been on and off since 2007. My approach to it has changed however ..i am less likely to go for impromtu meets .but that said due to that the meets i have had are FAR more enjoyable. Maybe my approach s out those fakes and wannabees

Why oh why is everything results based, effort equals reward? It’s a social site where you are given the opportunity to show yourself to others, to interact, maybe to entertain but mostly to be amongst people like you, people who think like you, not necessarily everything has to be agreed on as the forums will show but we are all in this little community space to learn about ourselves and others, if you based it on how many fucks/kisses/coffees you got last year compared to five years ago then yeah you will see a decline, why? Because you are looking for it, the numbers, it’s a performance based life isn’t it, so if you wondering why you aren’t in the premier league then you have two choices, either step your game up in every way imaginable or maybe stop the life coached goals oriented approach, save that for your 9-5 and let’s face you probably aren’t hitting the targets there, because when you are at work what you really want is soul connected conversation and meaningful progress for you and your people around you but works for you selling and meeting KPI, you aren’t at work l, have a conversation, go meet people, see them eye to eye maybe
