I am d*unk. I also have a gf who has no idea I’m on here but I don’t deserve a woman anywhere near as amazing as she is.

I’ve also witnessed my sister die in front of me, I’ve been bottling this up for years and I just feel like shit, I’m so good at masking it but I’m pretty sure my parents hate me.

Probably neee to see someone but hey ho

If it's any consolation I'm English so my troubles started from conception

I cycled out to a woods in the darkness tonight and laid down in the trees finished a half a bottle of mount gay rum

I highly recommend it

See if you can find a local Andy’s man club group near to you. A safe place to go and chat away some of your troubles.

Andys man club is a good concept but you can replace your issues with others from hearing about them which isn't so good

Have a look at wellness walks they do them in Scotland it looks the weather is shittier thann here granted but it's worth a look

Theres an owl tooting outside right now and its amazing to hear it's completely silent otherwise watching and listening the predators in the wild is fascinating
