What do you cook on a bbq?

Is it just the sausages and burgers or do you marinade something for a nice slow and low cook?

I love a bbq in winter. The warmth of the fire (no gas for me) and something cooking away

Fish (love bbq seabass and trout)

Brisket (long smoked)

Generally home made burgers, but O have been known to fire the smoker up and do a beer can jerk chicken on that
