Snoring ? whats on the market that work ?

Some night I get very bad sleep because he is snoring . I get him on side it helps ... are them pillows good ? was told you can get a spray for the mouth, to stop it .? what helps..

yes I come close to that , night of poor sleep get me down at times .. just wish there was something and if he drink well I know its a bad night.

A pillow held firmly over he face for about 5 minutes usually puts a permanent stop to it.

lol oooooooo well night of bad sleep can make me a bit mad ..... I have other bed rooms but I love my bed ... and be weird alone ,

An old wives tale that works.

They used to sew a cotton reel or similarly uncomfortable object into the back of nightshirt\pyjamas. It makes it impossible to sleep on the back.

well he sleep nude , lol maybe I can put that in the pillow ,

It'll depend on why he snores..,look up the British snoring and sleep apneoa association web site-they have all kinds of advice and recommendations-i have a mouth guard because I snore no matter which position i sleep in...it took some.getting used to but works really well so far...but I went to my GP to have an ENT referal to rule out any medical complications

well 3 of my 4 kids moved so have 3 bed rooms no one in. It would feel strange .. I said he will have to move he say no you will have too ...

Good ear plugs.

Howard Leight makes some really good disposable or washable ones, and one can pick them up in small quantities relatively cheaply via eBay.
