Slice in half lengthways then use the bowl of a teaspoon to remove the seeds. Chop as usual - it really intensifies the flavour.

Thinly sliced on sandwiches is supposed to be the nicest.

TIP; if you want consistent slices use a speed peeler on the end, knifes can be a bit erratic.

Oh i dont like those things they scare the crap out me! nearly took the tip off one of fingers once. nope in a sandwich it needs to be a good thick slice.
