Your first grey / white hairs can be a bit of a shock, as unmistakable signs of ageing. But as I've gotten older not only do I now have white in my beard, but I've come to find a little white/grey in a woman's hair quite attractive.

Anyone else enjoys this, or even just all grey/white hair?

Adore it. I'd blame daddy issues but I think it looks great on women as well.... maybe it's a Meli issue.

Anyway, I like seeing people embracing that kind of thing. It looks great on them. I've got four grey hairs and it doesn't look great on me. Even sent a friend a photo of myself recently to bemoan my increasing years.

I find it ridiculously attractive on others though.

I don't like it on me either but I think other people do so maybe that's the same with you - i'm sure it makes you look ultra-distinguished. I've a lot of white in my beard now so I either embrace it or shave (I'm not going to colour it - the embarrassment of buying hair dye in my colour!). So I'm just going to have to embrace it.

I went salt and pepper from quite a young age. I like it because it is me.

I kind of like to think I'm channeling my inner badger with my two tone beard

4! 4 grey hairs! You need a magnifying glass to even detect them, Meli.

Anyway, like grey on men and women. I like all hair colours if it's well maintained and healthy looking. I have to admit to a particular weakness for a salt and pepper beard...

As a ginger ,we skip grey and shoot straight to white,, , the beard is like a autumns day these days, and when I do let the head stubble out my sides are completely white but up top is still copper., would make for an interesting top knot

As a kid I had Blonde hair until around 12 it turned black, now gone grey and goes blondish in summer. Bit mad really.

I quite liked my early salt and pepper, around 39/40.

It didn't change a lot over the next 15 years, which pissed me off after the first 7 or 8 of them.

Just fucking go grey hair!

Go grey.

So I dyed it grey in 2022.

It didn't take.

So I dyed it psycho Nazi blonde, and then grey on top.

Which took for two weeks, and then it became some sort of fucked up blonde-grey-brown way-too-old-surfer/early Agassi look for three months until it went back to salt and pepper for a year.

I could breathe again, but still hated it salt and pepper.

Finally, this year, I've gone much more grey.

I breathed a huge sigh of relief.

I flipping adore salt & pepper hair on both men and women.

On men it gives them a very sexy distinguished look, plus as an added bonus they start to get those smile lines on their face... phwoar 😈

On women I absolutely love the natural grey streak some ladies are lucky enough to have. I also love the natural all grey look. It's so classy and beautiful.

My own hair has fine baby hairs which are grey, around my hairline but not enough to consider stopping colouring my hair quite yet. I would embrace full grey when the time comes.

I’m hugely salt & pepper. Started when I was about 15.

Some is bleached blonde & the rest an undercut so it just looks like natural highlights…. (It doesn’t 🤣)

I like a salt & pepper man. Especially in the beard.

Going grey gracefully here, although it is more grey than ‘salt and pepper’ now I think

I am. I got fed up dying it. In solidarity to my fellow breast cancer friends who went through chemo.

I never had chemo. Saw all of them with short various shades of grey hair and they all rocked it.

Grey hair is not for me. I dye mine and will carry on doing it however, my native American roots (no pun intended) help so I don’t have much grey hair.

And I don’t really fancy men old enough to go grey hahahaha

So it’s a thumbs down for me I’m afraid

I like the salt and pepper look on a man! I will not be attempting to try and pull it off myself when I get there as don’t think it holds the same appeal on women, sadly. But that sprinkling of salt on a man? dreamy

I quite like salt n pepper hair on a man.

Found my first grey this summer but haven’t done anything about it. I will decide when there are a few more to make them noticeable

I've never worried about grey hair. I'm not that vain. It's just hair colour. Happy with my grey and wouldn't ever dye it.

Salt and pepper hair and beard.

Had a shock when I found my first grey pubic hair. Never got the memo that that was a thing....
