Today has been one of those days

How reading one message in a group chat can change your perspective

Someone in need asked for someone, anyone to talk to, I rang them.

2 hours later that person had the start of a network of support around them

Don’t ever be afraid to ask for help and don’t ever be afraid to answer a call for help. Sometimes being on the end of a phone is all someone needs in that moment

I’m off for a hot bath and an early night

Look after yourself as well as others

Good on you. 😊 In this incredibly hostile online environment, it's always nice to see that there are people interested in helping, rather than hindering.

I too have offered my help to someone random today and I hope that I can make a positive difference in some way, should they ever need to talk.
