Being vegan is about not using animals as resources - not just diet, but also avoiding animal based clothing, toiletries, animal tested products and zoos etc.

It's actually a question that's asked a lot - usually sarcastically - but the simple answer is that humans can express consent and sperm is not sentient (i.e. no brain, no central nervous system, no consciousness).
