For me it has to be a grilled cheese but also love a cheese on toast.

Always with a bit of Encona Jamaican Hot Pepper Sauce over it. The kick from the chilli really goes well with the cheese.

To be able to call a cheese Stilton it has to be made with pasteurised milk. That’s part of the PDO

Any unpasteurised cheeses can pass on campylobacter but the vast majority of infections come from uncooked poultry and certainly not from cheese on toast . No need to scaremonger
