jesus Dave, I know yer Beef is subpar compared to the superior produce on the small island over here, but Duck is not Beef and should not be mistaken as such lol

Like to start with a hot and sour soup with prawn toast

Then really boring main with chicken fried rice and curry sauce, spring rolls and standard chips haha

But do like a beef in black bean sauce! Now I want a Chinese.....
