Mrs x"It's a curry made by Gurkhas. Nepalese style, not your normal Bhuna and Madras type. Having a Gurkha as an ingredient is a very different dining experience,I would imagine. | |||

It's a curry made by Gurkhas. Nepalese style, not your normal Bhuna and Madras type. Having a Gurkha as an ingredient is a very different dining experience,I would imagine. "Nepalese is a good choice, but if it's a bit hot try Tibet. | |||
