I dont normally make any cos I know I have the will power about as strong as a goldfish has a long memory

BUT this year I am getting hubby to agree to help me with one I have needed to do for years if the truth be told I intend to get fit and hopefully stay as healthy as I am at the moment and not get any worse Keep your fingers crossed for me

going to try to recover my 6 pack and am giving myself a target of mid April my 53rd birthday Need to get 20lbs or so off first though, and might get a back/shoulder tattoo

Good on you, I lost a load of Weight in a few months (just under 3 stone) for a charity match I had, do it properly and it wil be easier to keep off
