Only other enm folks, and even then not all of those. Depends on what flavour of enm they do as to whether they get it as well. So many swingers (enm) are judgy at my relationship/s (also enm but not in the way they like it)

I have a lot of lifestyle friends who I can talk to. Some I get deeper into it than with others. It’s nice to have people who you can tell when I’ve had a great time but also people who you can really talk the big stuff through with.

No one all of it. I have some close friends I can talk to about certain things. When it comes to excitement? I don't know, I'm increasingly keeping my cards close to my chest after events over the past year or so. That's a me thing though, more than a reflection of them.

My therapist hears all of it.

I'll share the surface good with other partners if that's appropriate for our dynamic and I believe they'd like to hear about the things that have brought me joy, but never the bad. And not including intimate details unless both sides have clearly expressed to me that they are happy for that to be shared.
