For the last 4 weeks I've been limiting myself to about 900 to 1000 calories and drinking just water. No cakes etc and I lost a stone....I had a chip butty last night and woke up with spots all over my face lol"Oh… that’s not good!  but well done on losing a stone though!
I’m currently on a 2700 calorie track, but train 3 days a week, mix of weights and High intensity training, down 12 pounds already and feeling a lot better for it! | |||
