Chipping Norton

Raw red prawns eaten with olive oil in Palermo, a pint of shell-on Atlantic prawns with mayo, dried shrimp cooked into turnip cake as part of dim sum, langoustines in fancy restaurants or as scampi with chips...so many fantastic prawn eating opportunities in life that they're a crustacean of joy.

Disappointing ones exist.
