Anyone do this?

30 grams of protein

Within 30 mins of waking

Then 30 mins of exercise

What do you have to eat?

What are the supposed benefits?

I don't do it. I don't like to eat too soon after waking up or exercising in the morning so I don't think this is for me!

If I exercise in the morning it's on an empty stomach, then protein after. But do what works for you. I tend to go to the gym mid afternoon mostly, can't go just after I've eaten feel bloated
