The "4D" movement refers to a campaign initiated by some women who advocate for abstaining from sex in response to certain social issues, particularly those related to the treatment of women, reproductive rights, and social justice. The name "4D" stands for "Deprive, Disrupt, Demand, and Demonstrate." It aims to raise awareness and challenge societal norms regarding women's autonomy and rights over their bodies. Participants in the movement believe that abstaining from sex can be a form of protest to demand greater respect and equality.

This type of movement is often rooted in broader discussions about women's rights and can draw attention to various issues, including sexual violence, gender inequality, and the importance of consent. It encourages women to take a stand by using their choices to advocate for change

Haven't you answered your own question?

It's clearly a thing or it's a other case of something being overblown on social media, or something being denigrated by men because some women care to protest (how very dare they) against the inequalities in many so called civilised societies by deciding who gets access to their bodies..

Personally...i couldn't give a shit. Activists don't really do it for me anyway. So any woman I'd be interested in fucking. Wouldn't be one with a 4D mind-set.

Started of in Korea didn’t it?

It looks like just a phase after Trumpy was elected.I wouldn’t take it seriously. In fact if they can keep it up I’d actually pay them that’s how sure I am

That being said the women’s rights situation in Korea (And south east Asia as a whole) is horrific. To say women are treated like property is an understatement

Carlisle usually

As long as demonstrate includes some all girl orgies while men lubricate their sad lonely wanks with frustrated tears, I'm in 💜

But, in all seriousness, I think it's a valid movement. Our bodies, your choice definitely indicates towards the R word, as well as being a truly horrific statement about what bodily autonomy is to these people.

I don't think it should be so much about depriving in concept. Personally I am a huge fan of The Sex and would be more bothered about depriving myself than others. But then I live in a country where it is my choice for my body. And those that aren't that fortunate and don't have the means to leave the country they're in should have a way to stand up for themselves.

I’m with Prey on this. It’s a valid movement for people who feel like their own autonomy has been eroded

4B, no?

That said, I don't know much about the movement. But I guess women are free to do whatever they choose to highlight issues that are important to them (and us).

I say fair play to them, but this is nothing new. Married women have been doing it for years.

I thought it was 4B...

Anyway, if I lived in a heavily patriarchal society like South Korea I'd consider taking such a stance. Very fortunately, I don't, so I'm free to enjoy sex and relationships with men who don't expect me to take a backseat in my own life.
