I like a scented candle but otherwise I don't like air fresheners preferring to open a window.

I love the bath and bodyworks room sprays but they’re really difficult to get hold of in the uk. Failing that, for a treat I get the rituals ones, makes my house smell like a spa 😂. Xx

Oh and I’m a scented candle enthusiast, anything fresh smelling (or smells like Christmas trees and frosty air during Christmas period). Aldi actually do awesome candles this time of year. But Seychelles by the White Company is my ultimate fave.

Diffusers?

If they spill on polished wood they strip it. I know because I did it.

The Yorkshire Candle Company: Dark Roast Coffee

The number of compliments I've had about these candles

I mean not ideal if you don't like coffee, but otherwise it's a great scent

I much prefer a nice candle or wax melts, but Lattafa Yara smells gorgeous! I recently bought a bottle from a friend and the scent seems to linger a lot longer than the air fresheners you buy from the shops.

I shun artificial air freshener, as we're subject to too much pollution as it is. If fresh air ventilation can't fix it, maybe add something natural, like flowers
