cant use mobile banking

i have an old samsung j3 (2017) phone. I cannot now use my banking app as i need to update it. I have been advised in uninstall two apps that i use to update banking app? Should i go to phone shop and see what they say? Buy a memory card? Advice please? Thanks.

When my banking app was playing up, I was told to uninstall app and reinstall it. I did have to do it several times, but it seems okay now. My phone is from 2020..

Just uninstall the apps, then re-install them,

That will install the most up to date versions.
