I’m a big fan of pillow talk.

When the afterglow has faded out and you’re just two people, naked and vulnerable, talking about anything and everything.

Indulge me. What’s on your mind?

Do you believe in reincarnation and if you do what would you want to come back as??

I'd come back as an emperor penguin

Over the last few months, I've felt at a crossroads with what I want from the more intimate side of my life. I joined Fab a few years ago thinking it would be a bit of fun until I found a serious relationship to settle down in. And now I'm staring down the barrel of turning 30 next year, still here, and no closer to finding that person. And the thought of having casual hookups into my 30s and not having a serious relationship depresses me...

For me the afterglow remains and it fuels the embers of the post-coital passions, becoming a centrepiece of pillow talk. I can't thrive without pillow talk, from those comfortable silences to the tactile entwinement and chatting about everything and anything whilst nibbling on chocolate or other energy-laden morsels of food.

Pillow is the aftermath and the precursor to start all over again.

Takes notes.
