I will be having Jerk chicken with rice and peas.

It's been ages since we've made it.

Looking forward to it.

We usually have a roast on Fridays. Once Sunday comes around, and you've had a nice, hour-long massage, it's a bit of a faff to cook a roast dinner.

Thinking about those organic legs frolicking around the field.

I can't remember the last time I had a actual meat roast. Infact, I had a spit roast since. Ashame, who doesn't enjoy a good roast.

Off- notes of meats.

A few years ago I noticed that chicken and pork had some funny tangs to them.

I can eat a selection of chicken bits, with a nice taste. Chicken breast is always clean tasting but a bit unexciting.

Leg, thighs, wing sometimes, I taste them and yuck, I am put off.

I once had a pile of chicken pieces, dunked bread into the juice, which was delicious, but the actual chicken flesh tasted disgusting. Instant almost vomit.

Anyone else noticed this?

What's in your creamy mash? Butter, milk?
