Are they a good idea just to show you like what you see and read or is a straight message better?

At the moment, I’m using the winks section as almost like an answering service, as all my filters are on, which means if somebody winks at me, I can check them out & get back to them if I wish

My first meet started with a wink so I’m all for them. However, reading profiles helps as a lot of people state they either don’t want to receive winks or they don’t bother looking at them so no point. Other profiles encourage you to wink if interested. Overall, I’m a fan of winks

I do send them out to get a feel if there’s any interested from said profile… if I receive one i’ll wink back & follow up with a message if they don’t message first

This, I often wink and fab a few, then if the attraction is mutual I'm happy to receive the same back and start chatting from there. Its a way to subtly show interest without coming across pushy like I assume half their messages are 😅

We use winks to show we are interested in a profile. If we get one back we will then send a message, if we return a wink we then expect the profile to send the first message however seems many people stop at the wink part.
