Years ago when I was on here, some guy was using my body and willy pics in his profile!!!!

I must admit, as creepy as it was, part of me was overjoyed. Out all the profiles to copy, someone thought mine was worthy.

If I see a faceless profile but ,has been verified or green flag verified (like I have) then I will engage in chat, once I'm confident they are genuine I ask to hear them, tbh body pics with women on here would make no difference,

I feel for you. I don’t do public face but still someone took my pics and was telling a group I was his partner and sharing my pics. There was someone on here recognised them and got in touch. They got taken down and the person removed from the group but it’s still shit.

We put watermarks or our name across the pics and vids in hope of stopping this.

However know it’s not a total failsafe.

Don’t forget Google allows you to reverse image search if you are worried that any of your content has been uploaded elsewhere.

Search “how to reverse image search with Google” in any browser.

It will tell you how to go about it depending on your device.

Then as said it allows you to use any of your images in the search and it will find them.

One use case unrelated….clients employee told them he was off because he couldn’t walk and gave some description and condition that he was suffering and sent an image of “his foot”, client used reverse image search and could see where member of staff had taken it from

I have an unwritten almost contract like rule, anything i share personally is for you only and the same goes for anything you share with me.

Every picture you upload to fab and have showing in public, has your username on it. They will still be able to share your body pictures and use something like your current profile picture, to share or "out" you if that's what they were doing is more what I was getting at. Explained it wrong the first time - sorry.

I've said here before that I've had 3 other fabbers including a regular forum poster using my pics as their own.

They all copied and pasted my entire bio as well and blocked me so I would never have known if others hadn't told me.

I was told on another thread that I should have been flattered but I just thought they were lazy bastards and shitstirrers because they were well verified and had been here much longer then me.

The fact they were attaching my pics with my profile name still on them to abusive messages was nothing to be flattered about.

I've also had complete strangers approach me at socials saying they recognised me from my pics in the presocial chat group.

This was concerning because I hadn't been in any of those groups and wouldn't have shared a face pic even if I had.

I had never spoken to 99 percent of the people attending those events and had never exchanged face pics with the handful I did know so I've no idea who had shared them.

It's very easy to know where they originated though because I know of a woman who keeps files on everyone she chats to here.

That sounds ridiculous and far-fetched and yet she was able to send me unsolicited pics and personal details of other fabbers she had met 2 or 3 years previously because she felt I could use that info as ammunition.

There really are some extremely sad and disturbed people in the world of fab.
