Hi,

How do you define a healthy libido and how often do people want to have sex or masturbate?

Does it vary if you are single or in a relationship?

I'm single at the mo and masturbate (though I prefer to say make love to myself) most days and often twice a day, sometimes more, sometimes less.

you can masterbate but thats not making love..

the act of making love is more than the frictional contact between the genitals of 2 people..
