Who still hasn't turned their heating on yet? I can afford to have mine on as I'm comfortable money wise but I'm just a tight ass😂

I've turned it on just for the mornings at the moment, to clear the overnight chill. Probably another month until I start using it more often than not.

We have ours in when we feel cold. That is usually when we get up and in the evening but if it's chilly in the afternoon when we're usually reading or similar we'll put it on. We're very fortunate in that we can afford to do that.

Lols, I'm the same. I wear thermals and a hat inside. I'm too "poor" to be burning money. 😉🫢😂

It's acceptable if you're cold anyway.

We encourage my dad (97) to use his heating and fortunately he does. I just wish he'd stop using his coal fire, it frightens the life out of me with him carrying buckets of coal.

Don't worry, Ed Milliband will soon be telling you when you can use power. No lights until 4am for one hour. You will batch cook at 11pm but not be allowed to freeze your meals, you will eat them all at once,it's much the same as the poor used to do but Ed is actually letting you have food. IF,and it's a big if,you need to put the heating on it will be on a rolling rota of five minutes every 24 hours.

When my body gets wet and cold I suffer.

I got a lovely thick jumper for mu birthday that keeps me warm in the evenings."
