my ex hubby to be sees his kids not often ....but wont tell me where my kids are staying when he has them ......i get told its none of my business i see it different !!!

Yes it is your business, they are your children as well !!

My ex won't give me his address,(could find out if it was necessary) but i have phone numbers.

It was a long battle in court to get what i wanted, and i do hope that you don't have to go down that road!!

I think yes he should tell you just because your their mum but I think he's not legally obliged to if they are in his custody x

the only address.i have for.him ...is his mothers which is not where he lives or even stays at when he has them ...they are 11 and 10 but dont know the area he lives in as we are 300 miles apart ....so when he takes them for a week he has them at the ace he living and wben he comes up to yorkshire he takes them to a mate who he meet on xbox to stay the.night

im not saying they could tell you an address but they could say we stay at Uncle John, or at Grans or we stay at dads house, if they are with people you trust then surely that should be enough without needing to know an address, I have to be honest tho I wouldn't be happy with my kids staying with someone their dad had met online

Unless there has been any involvement by the courts he doesn't have any legal need to tell you but it is common courtesy i myself had it the other way ex gf moved away with my daughter leaving no way to contact her even though contact was court ordered
