Thanks guys, the company I'm at for the moment have just been horrible, I have a medical condition which I was struggling with a little while ago, and when I consulted my manager he just laughed in my face and told me to deal with it. So glad to be out of there!

It sounds like you have made the right decision with management like that. hope all goes well with the move and your old employers don't get petty with you as you are leaving.
