No. If I'm rather looking forward to spending time with someone my appetite goes and I end up feeling a bit of nervous excitement. I'll try and eat cherries or some grapes or something so I don't get a) hangry or b) lightheaded.

If meeting in the evening I would eat a good lunch but skip an evening meal.

I tend to like snacking in between playing, and so I always bring fruit, sweets and chocolates.
