Hi all. We’re relatively new to the lifestyle. We’ve had a few meets with women where we had some really chilled and fun threesomes. And recently we played with a couple that we met at a club on couples and single women night.

We have pics. We have verifications. Yet whenever we get close to meeting some people… they disappear.

It is becoming quite frustrating. We’ve had the issue with women, men and couples. Usually after a few messages on Fab we move to something like Telegram for more chat. If we move people to Telegram then we see as a realistic interest/prospect to meet. Yet 80% or so suddenly go quite. That isn’t during the chat. It’s after we’ve exchanged pics, interests and wants etc and a meet has been agreed.

We live abroad. So coming to London for a weekend costs us around £500 when you factor in travel and hotels. Yet last weekend, despite speaking to three guys and a woman, all four didn’t show up. That’s £500 minimum the drain.

How do couples deal with this sort of situation?

Fake profiles and messers are a big problem on here for everyone to be fair. It seems to be getting worse on here for fakes and messers, Im not sure what joy people get from creating fake profiles or messing them around. We understand that life gets in the way and even the best laid plans can go to pot for many reasons but common courtesy seems to be disappering from society.

This isn't a good place for the insecure or people with mental health issues, it brings out the worst of people's insecurities and can make the most confident people frustrated and paranoid. That said, when things go well it seems to make all the effort worth it. The single females of this site seem to have the most joy and although they too get messed about it doesn't seem to be as laborious to arrange meets. (We have many bi female friends that have informed us they rarely even message people first and do very little to arrange meets as people simply come to them, no hate just stating facts)

Couples seeking couples tend to have a lot of luck, after all the true definition of swinging is Couples swapping and still seems to be the most practised swinging activity. Generally, clubs seem to be the most successful way for couples to find couples so maybe try to pursue that more.

We personally choose to only play with Bi ladies as its what makes us happiest, we have discussed changing our dynamic many times as its not the eaaiest dynamic to make happen. But at the end of the day we will never compromise how we play just to make things easier (as many couples end up doing). We are here to have fun and ultimately make some naughty memories together and genuinely believe that sticking to what we truly want is best for us and our relationship. We find clubs are easier to find what we want, but it's still hard work and sometimes not fun.

This lifestyle is meant to be fun and exhilarating but can seem like hard work. We've found the best way to navigate this lifestyle is to take it one step at a time, live for the moment, expect nothing but always be prepared for fun. Placing too much pressure on yourselves to make things happen can suck the fun out of this lifestyle. So, dress up, go out there and meet people and party!. Don't put too much pressure on yourself and just enjoy being free and in the moment. That's the best advice we can give you, happy fabbing xxx

Thanks for that detailed response. Great, though also sad, to hear that it isn’t just us who have the problem with time wasters. What a lot of people don’t realise is the admin that goes with being a couple or single woman on sites like this. We call it our sex admin to make a bit of a joke about it. But to give an idea, we logged in yesterday after less than 24 hours to find 93 new messages.

That’s 93 profiles to visit. 93 vibes to check. 93 sets of pictures to look through. And that’s all before you reply to the messages. To go through that process for the final few to ghost is definitely frustrating.

You’re right that perhaps we’re taking it a bit too seriously. Though it does feel you have to. I think the most important thing is going to be to think “c’est la vie”. Otherwise it’s just not going to be fun

We've sort of accepted couples are harder to find here, we don't stress over it anymore and think if it happens it happens we still having fun

Go to clubs, it's as simple as that.
