What sort of skill do you fancy learning? And importantly also, is tgere someone that might come on this thread and offer to teach you.

I would love simple jewlery making or woodwork, simple car mechanics (I take it in just to add screen fluid

) and how to make my smoke alarm shut up when it keeps going off even when I take it apart, revove the battery and even verbally threaten it

Welding and general car bodywork. I can rebuild a car engine, gearbox and running gear but one thing I've never been able to do on one of my restorations is the body work, would love to be able to do that right

Few years ago I learned photography, then jewelry making, silver & gold. Last year I learned Python! Next skill I am learning in Jan is bricklaying, but right now today I’m learning to make casting molds and fillers using silicone and starch

I learn best when I have time with an expert hands on and watch them, ask questions and they show me tips.
