There is one called Mr Number for android..probably available for Iphones too

it is a lifesaver!!!

No there is a do not disturb list but cab only choose to put people in there you want to accept calls from.

Ah no, I meant a reject button to stop any calls or texts from that number gain....on mine I have just found that I can add a number to a reject list and it blocks the number.

i got a unknown number shown on my mobile i didn't answer it - now i have this little app hope to to stop them calling fed up on such calls
