S'good, innit?

Do you laugh easily, or do you struggle to find things amusing or delightful?

If you do find things amusing do you smirk silently, chuckle quietly, or laugh noisily?

The average 5 year old apparently laughs 300 times a day, yet the average adult only 15.

I've just made myself laugh. I live alone every other week, so I need to find amusement somewhere...

I laughed a lot last night. It was a coming together of old friends and new, a rendezvous of college and university folk in a small bar/restaurant. Nostalgia brings out the best in people, puts to bed our woes and we bring forth our puerile jibs and silly quips!

When you add wine and cocktails to the mix there's nothing that can better the laughing experience.

- Decreases pain

- Relaxes your muscles

- Eases anxiety and tension

- Relieves stress

I'm broken. Unfortunately, I don't laugh a lot. I'm more likely to laugh at someone's misfortune, like tripping over than something verbally comical. I can appreciate humour and laugh internally, but it's not very often I LOL.

I'm jealous of people who laugh easily.

Actually, your brain and CNS. The muscles are voluntary and need to be told to do the smile.

Laughter really is the best medicine! I laugh out loud way more than 15 times a day It helps that I'm in a job where laughter is needed and I am the happy instigator of many a chuckle! Laughing until tears roll is a daily occurrence and we couldn't do our job without that!

Lots of things make me laugh and smile. I'm quite a joyful person day to day and take delight in the quick wit of people, the silliness, all of that. I don't struggle to find things amusing but I do have a slightly different sense of humour to some. And that's fine.

I do try and cover my mouth when I laugh so it's not as annoying.
