A friend of mine likes to dip their chips (fries to our American friends) in milkshakes 🤢

So it got me wondering??

What do you like to dip your chips in?

I also dip fries in milkshake. It’s nice. Don’t knock it til you try it.

I would say gravy but I don’t dip. I pour it all over them.

Not in your area

I've heard of the chips in milkshake thing before. It's not for me, but if it's just plain chips I can see why some people do that. I'd be more if it was cheesy chips or seasoned chips.

I prefer chips as a savoury snack, so I just use sauces e.g ketchup, mayo, peri-peri etc.

American hot-dog mustard (i.e not the Colemans stuff) also works surprisingly well on chips

Chocolate?"

Chocolate, banana, strawberry, vanilla. Personally I prefer vanilla milkshake. Or banana.

This is also a good shout.

In London you would be looked at like you had farted in a lift if you dared to suggest you put gravy chips, but with good gravy it slaps.

Yuck!

I'm a simple ketchup dipper. Occasionally chip shop curry sauce, if they're chip shop chips.

For me its gotta be between peri peri sauce, sirracha, chipotle mayo or chilli sauce. Curry sauce is a winner too

"Dave's Insanity Sauce.

It was one of the very first of the ridiculously hot sauces which have now flooded the market, appearing over 35 years ago. Still easily available online, but use with caution!!
