One of my Local (and favourite) Just Eat places does a lovely burger with a chicken fillet, onion rings , cheese and sauce on top of it

Far from the cheapest and not even that good any more. Doesnt justify the price .

Honestly, I can't remember that last time I ate a burger I didn't make myself so, I'm gonna have to say:

A pork/beef mix (30% pork 70% beef) maybe a little cheese in the centre of the patty to make it a juicy Lucy?

Simple seasoning of black pepper and salt with a light dusting of hot paprika for a little highlight in the flavour profile.

Cooked medium with a spicy relish and triple fried home made fries.

Right... I know what I'm making tonight!
