I think confidence (without arrogance) might have a lot to do with it.

I always go naked when I go to Chams, and lots of people over the years have commented to me along the lines of "having the confidence to do that is sexy". But it isn't confidence per se, nor do i personally think it makes me 'sexy', I just don't care if others like it or not, I'm just doing what I like to do 😅 so i reckon it is (or can be) other people's perception of confidence

That said though, previous partners and play friends have said they always find me captivating and an extremely sexual person.

So i guess you could say sexiness can be an atttibute or behaviour other than glamour and aesthetic
