I have met people who say they aren’t smokers and once I meet them in person I can tell from sitting across the table that they smoke. You can always tell, no gum, mint or mouthwash will ever hide the smell.

With a couple of them, I have kind of overlooked it but it is really hard. My parents both died of smoking-related cancer and I was a passive smoker, obviously against my will, all my childhood/teenage years. I hate cigarrettes. The smell makes me heave.

So the smoking doesn’t define a person- I have friends who I love dearly who smoke and I don’t love them less for that but I really wish they didn’t. 😢

Exactly my feelings on it although one absolutely horrible Male relative got emphysema from smoking he treated his kids badly so in my opinion got his payback.

I have dated a few smokers, as I’ve got older, I definitely hate the smell more & find it really hard to be near smokers, which is a shame, as there are some hot smokers on here

I have turned men down for it, as even when people try and disguise it, the smell does linger.

There are lots of fab non smokers though, as in profile says non smoker and they have pics of them with cigs in their hands or mouths.

I'm asthmatic, so try to stay well away from smoking Tbf.
