Meeting with a couple and she will only get involved with the fun if she feels comfortable is there anything I can do to include her and or make her feel at ease ?

Just be involved in the moment and accept that play with the female may be off limits, if you push it, it’s less likely to happen also more likely they won’t meet you again.

They probably have signs between themselves, she will get involved if they both decide it’s right

No there isn't really anything you can do apart from be relaxed and take your cues from her.

He prepared for her not to be involved at all

Is it definitely a couple ? I’ve heard on here of bi guys meeting a couple and it’s just the guy or it’s a couple but she just watches
