I can't recommend one dish because we use ours for speed and convenience, croissants from the freezer for example take 9 minutes as opposed to 20 + 10 preheating in the main oven. Quick sausage and chips, heating a small homemade shepherd's pie, roast vegetables, frozen fish in breadcrumbs, small chickens or chicken portions...that sort of thing

I haven't tried baking yet.
