"A few years ago there was a programme with Kaye Humble walking the coast (I think) and visiting places and meeting people. On episode she went to a micro gin distillery and sampled the wares. She was then invited to make her own. So basic gin and add botanicals. I expected a long period of infusion but 40 minutes later they were drinking Kate's gin. The owner said it was really good and actually said "Am having that recipe!" | |||

My side job is more hobby and exercise do gutter fitting, cleaning, that sort of thing, brings a bit of pocket money in so I can do the angling with what I get from that. I find both really help with my mental health and going out on the bike helps with my fitness, lots of climbing up long fire tracks for a few minutes of enjoyment going down through the trees."
