Serious recommendation...get yourself an appointment with a menopause specialist. They will work out best course of treatment to get you through.

I put on weight thanks to menopause and thyroid problems.

However, I am fortunate that I'm still comfortable in my body.

Menopause is a bloody nuisance and I hope you learn to like yourself again.

I feel you, I found the menopause one of the most difficult physical and mental challenges I've had, and it's still not perfect. On the plus side hrt gave me a lot of my peace of mind back.

Hrt is a game changer. Stopped me feeling crazy and angry. Brought back libido and calm mind as well as sorting night sweats etc. can’t recommend enough.

Once on the right hrt I got my life & libido back, took nearly 2 years though!!!

I feel your pain ladies been battling menopause for a year now on second lot of medication touch wood this lot is working lucky I'm actually losing weight at the moment but that could be due to my diabetes and cll that were diagnosed same time as menopause

I've been dealing with menopause now for 4 years, HRT didn't help me thankfully nightsweats aren't as bad but add in diabetes, sleep apnea and depression life's been tough, but I still see a think of light at the end of the tunnel
